What is BJJ?
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art focused on ground fighting and submission. The goal is to use technique, leverage, and positioning to control your opponent rather than overpower them. It does not matter how big or strong you are. What matters is knowing what to do.
It is one of the most practical self-defence systems you can learn, and consistently one of the most beginner-friendly martial arts communities you will find anywhere. People who train BJJ tend to stick with it for life.
At PathwayBJJ we teach it from absolute scratch, no experience or fitness level required.
